La nostra ricotta è prodotta solo con latte dei monti Iblei
inconfondibile per la sua cremosità.
Utilizziamo solo farine di grani siciliani
macinate a pietra.
Dal profumo sontuoso di frutta maturata
dona al nostro cannolo le sue note di sapore.
Friggiamo in olio di arachidi, ricco di vitamine
e dal forte potere antiossidante.
Per le decorazioni impieghiamo puro pistacchio verde di Bronte D.O.P
Un dolce sigillo in finissimo cioccolato al latte
che garantisce la qualità degli ingredienti e un gusto inconfondibile.
